About the ESM Mural

The wall mural at ESM

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, ESM successfully matched a challenge grant by the Downtown Partnership/Downtown Development Authority. The artist on the project, Kim Polomka, is a noted local fine artist painter and muralist. His award-winning work also graces three other buildings in the downtown area: The Giddings Loft building on North Tejon Street, the Mozart@250 Celebration mural on the In-Sight Optical building at Pikes Peak and Cascade, and the Nuevo Casas Grandes Sister City mural on the north wall of the former Wachovia building at Pikes Peak and Tejon Streets.
